Baptism F.A.Q.

Q: Does the water of baptism save you?
A: No! Only Jesus can save you. Baptism should be your immediate response to what Jesus has done for you.

Q: Why do we require a person to be a baptized believer in order to be a member of Crossroads Christian Church?
A: Because in all the Biblical examples we have, this was the pattern of the early church. We do not believe that we would be following Scripture if we allowed less than that.

Q: How soon should a person be baptized once they have received Christ?
A: The pattern in the book of Acts in Scripture was "immediately".
