Our volunteers, the people of Crossroads, who teach and care for our children are greatly respected and appreciated. These men and women give of their time, energy and essence of their lives to help our children grow up in the way of the Lord. They attend training seminars and conventions in order to constantly upgrade their teaching and relational skills. In order to ensure a safe environment and gain the confidence of visiting families, all teachers submit references and fingerprints for clearance. These high standards are set to show how highly we value our young people.
